The short, leisurely hike takes you from Alp Tannenboden near the Sennenstube around the Madils cross-country ski trail and back to the starting point.

The winter hike starts at the Restaurant Sennästube on Alp Tannenboden. We follow the signpost in the direction of Chrüz past the Madils children's lift and continue on the winter hiking trail to the fork in the trail. There we take the left path and follow it. This leads along the edge of the forest, always with a panoramic view of the Madils plain. The trail ends again at Alp Tannenboden.
