From Walenstadt the tour leads along the spacious cycle path to Berschis. There the ascent to Sennis starts, past the Lourdes Grotto, St. George's Chapel and the Berschner Waterfall. The Sennis Alp mountain inn is high above the valley, where the ibex and golden eagle say good night.
